In addition to designing the new porte cochere, LRA performed a space utilization study to further enhance the quality of its health services provided in its Main Building.  The Main Building consists of the Friends Nursing Home, the Hicks Assisted Living program, Hospice Care, a Wellness Center, pool and child daycare.

The study focuses on improving the pedestrian circulation within the Main Building and proposes a Main Street.  It also addresses the need for more private rooms and a more effective means of connecting resident areas to the internal courtyards.

Following, the study LRA designed a renovation to Chandler’s Memory Support wing.
