The Center for Lifelong Learning was created as a supplemental education facility for Gwynedd-Mercy College. Located on the second floor of the Virginia Office Building in the Fort Washington Office Park Complex, this center provides a convenient learning environment for the nontraditional student.

The design is responsive to a curriculum that focuses on working adults in pursuit of an undergraduate degree, through selected equipment and chosen furnishings. Technological amenities include ergonomic computer work stations and multi-media projection equipment.
