The Hickman

A comprehensive Master Plan process was completed in 2006 for the expansion and renovation to The Hickman Retirement Community. With the purchase of an adjacent property, the existing campus is ready to respond to the evolving needs of senior care.

Design studies include providing separate identities for the differing levels of care while also creating shared common areas.  Focus groups were held with many stakeholders groups both within The Hickman and with the wider historic West Chester Community.
