We are currently proceeding through the final phases of the Master Plan process with expansion and improvements to The Hickman Retirement Community. With the purchase of an adjacent lot the existing campus is ready to respond to the evolving needs of senior care, both by improving the relationship within its senior living community as well as with its ties to the greater historic West Chester community. Design studies include providing separate identities for the differing levels of care while also creating shared common areas.
