This complex project includes renovations and additions in six different areas of the building including a new Penthouse Addition to their eight story retirement community as well as a Health Center entrance and elevator, new casual dining for independent residents, an Assisted Living Dining Room addition on the third floor and lobby and corridor renovations.  The Penthouse includes a Coffee Bar, Library, Game and Activities rooms, Beauty Shop, Fitness Center including a small pool, multi-purpose room and wellness center.  All of the Penthouse spaces are encircled by a walking track.
