This union hall required three distinct components - Office Suite, Assembly Hall, and Caterers' Quarters. The front entrance and Office Suite comprise 2,400 square feet for administration needs. The 9,870 square foot Assembly Hall, situated behind the office, includes a kitchen large enough to cater banquets for up to 350 people. This one-story, pre-engineered building, utilized split face concrete block and standing seam metal roofing in a manner of design both functional and cost effective.
