Phase I consisted of the demolition of existing office and O. R. support space to accommodate two specialty-operating suites that will use the latest in digital operating technology, the expansion of the existing cystoscopic room and a 21 bed post-anesthetic care unit.

Phase II consists of demolition of the existing P. A. C. U. and other support spaces to accomomodate the men's and women's locker rooms, pharmacy and anesthesia workroom.
