Methodist Manor House

In 1990 the predecessor firm of Lewis & Rodgers was commissioned by PUMH to develop a long range Master Plan for future expansion at the Methodist Manor House in Southern Delaware. Lewis & Rodgers fulfilled all six of the major projects identified in the original Master Plan. The first was a new entrance, expansion of public space and the addition of sloped roofs on the flat roofed apartments and most recently a new apartment wing including a Pool and Wellness Center. Other projects include 44 cottages, Nursing and Personal Care renovations, Independent Living apartment conversions, major renovations to Dining and Main Kitchen and a 17 bed cluster design for dementia care.
