Manor Glen is a three story apartment building encompassing 50 one-bedroom units of approximately 540 s.f. each. Financing was provided under the Housing and Urban Development Section 202 Senior Housing Program. It is located behind the Evangelical Manor in the Northeast section of Philadelphia. The building has a 1,000 s.f. Community Room with a small kitchen. Four apartments are specifically designed with baths and kitchens to accommodate persons with disabilities. However, the remaining 46 are designed so as to be easily converted for this purpose.
