This Assisted Living building is an addition to a 100 acre Continuing Care Retirement Community, and contains 48 resident rooms in 4 neighborhoods of 12 private rooms. The first floor is designed for people with memory impairment. The resident rooms are clustered around a living room, dining room and country kitchen, which lead out to a protected courtyard. The second floor contains studio and one-bedroom apartments for assisted living residents. The building is connected to the existing Health Care Center at one end and the Community Center at the other.
