As the next phase of the Master Plan Expansion Project a secure wing was created in the first floor of the existing Health Center to accommodate twelve residents with memory impairment.

Renovations included new program areas such as Family and Activity Rooms, Country Kitchen with eat-at counter, Dining, Spa and support spaces as well as creating 12 Private Resident Rooms. A new two-story addition enclosed an existing porch area to create a large room for both activities and dining for these residents. To create a secure outdoor environment for resident enjoyment a new fenced wandering garden with gazebo was also added.
