Phase II of the Master Plan Project included the construction of a new Porte Cochere (covered drive) entry to the existing Health Care Center and room for the residents to use for both activity program and and leisure.

The addition features an enclosed walkway connecting the existing lobby to a new 20' x 20' Florida Room and a new entry vestibule leading out to the Porte Cochere. It also incorporates substantial natural lighting with the use of large arched-top windows throughout and dormer windows in the Florida Room.
