As part of a Master Planning Expansion Project to the Meadowood Community, the existing coffee shop was in need of substantial redesign. Over the years, the popularity of casual dining has grown steadily, coupled with a consistantly increasing number of residents residing within the community. The new coffee shop and dining facilities provide ample seating for 100 within a scatter service buffet tray line.

On the ground floor, under the coffee shop, a new fitness & aquatic therapy pool with related support areas was designed for the benefit of the Meadowood Community.
