This project involved the conversion of a Nursing facility with a loop corridor around a central core, to an assisted living cluster. Most of the core was demolished and converted into lounge and dining areas (with adjacent Serving Kitchen) surrounded by low walls. A small addition over the roof of the new Nursing building provides a sun room lounge for small gatherings.
