On 25 acres in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, this project is a completely new Retirement Community on a steep sloping mountainside. This project was designed to take advantage of the views, preserve as much of the forest as possible and to work with the steep grades to create a community that is a mountain home with full accessibility for seniors.
