On 25 acres in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, this project is a completely new Retirement Community on a steep sloping mountainside. This project is being designed to take advantage of the views, preserve as much of the forest as possible and to work with the steep grades to create a community that is a mountain home with full accessibility for seniors.
