With the recruitment of Dr. Frederick Simeone, MCP and the Drexel University School of Medicine needed to provide for the relocation of Dr. Simeone's surgery practice. The practice space included four exam rooms, six ofices, clerical space, a staff break room and a reception/waiting area that could accomodate up to ninety patient visits in one day. The project was designed and constructed in less than four months.
