Simpson Gardens

Simpson Gardens is a 4-story mid-rise apartment building consisting of one and two-bedroom affordable rental units for low-income seniors, age 62 and above. Three of the apartments are handicapped accessible and all the units are handicapped adaptable. Common areas for the community include a dining room, activity room, library and central laundry facilities. The project is funded by PHFA and is jointly sponsored by Simpson Senior Services and Trinity Lansdowne United Methodist Church.
