Simpson Gardens

Simpson Gardens is a four-story mid-rise apartment building consisting of one-bedroom and two-bedroom  affordable rental units for low-income seniors, on a one-acre urban green field site in Lansdowne, PA.  Three of the apartments are handicapped-accessible and all of the units are handicapped-adaptable.  Common areas for the community include a dining room, activity room, library and central laundry facilities.  This extremely economical, tax-credit project was funded by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
