Simpson Meadows is a 6-acre Retirement Community. The main building, containing the Assisted Living program on the upper floors evokes the flavor of a Chester County homestead. It is connected at the first floor to a separate apartment building which contains the Residential Living Apartments. The first floor of the building contains the common areas for the entire community. This includes Dining, Meeting, Exercise Rooms, Beauty Salon, Coffee Shop, Community Room, Living Room, Library, and Administration and Home Health Care offices. The upper floors contain many different assisted living apartment unit types, to simulate the many different rooms in a typical private residence. An adjacent wing contains the Adult Day Care suite and Dementia Care. This dedicated support program for people with memory impairment has its own separate enclosed courtyard to allow residents unrestricted access to the outdoors.
