Stapeley in Germantown

Our firm has completed a 4 year phased renovation of Stapeley Hall, an historic structure constructed in 1902. The primary project was a renovation to internally increase the Personal Care apartments from 58 to 79, and to provide private bathrooms and larger closets by maximizing under-utilized spaces. Other projects include enclosing an unused front porch to become a Satellite Dining Room, and creation of a Main Street of resident services from an under-utilized, but charming, basement space. Most recently, the firm has completed a Master Plan for expansion and renovation of the community.
