St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church
Devon, Pennsylvania
This growing congregation with insufficient worship and adult education space and a small, lower level fellowship hall inaccessible to elderly or handicapped, wanted a worship space designed to praise God. Fanshaped seating for 300 (with 80 overflow) emphasizes the congregation as a fellowship of Christian Love, a change from the traditional, long central aisle of the original sanctuary which now becomes a multi-purpose fellowship hall. Chapel, choir room, new kitchen, expanded narthex, offices in a central "control" location, expanded parking and site landscaping are included.
