Wawa Food Markets presented us with the need for a high volume Prototype Design program requiring many facets of design services:

• Develop criteria for multiple stores in a variety of site conditions
• Develop and standardize methods for editing design documents for both new construction and renovation
• Maintain flexibility in the exterior facade to allow for local design ordinance variations
• Modify and update prototype criteria to accommodate new design needs
• Meet stringent design deadlines for multiple stores
